"This duvet is the best it can be by itself or connect with another insert for extra warmth during cold nights . The cooking insert by itself is exactly what it says in “cooling” it’s not too light or too heavy it’s just right we don’t get hot or cold and normally my husband is hot under covers and I’m cold and we both he’s the under this duvet and stay under all night it’s perfect !!!"
