"I have not actually used them yet… So, this is why I am not giving the full 5 starzies. I ordered these during the BOGO in pink. I needed a little extra help with shipping and Scott was did a wonderful job with that! The pink color in real life is very pretty, I would describe it as a dusty rose. I make this comment because I was hesitant to choose this color over another, but I need to mix up things in my life so I went for it! I have a couple other sheet sets from PureCare, so I am sure these will be fab too!"

I grew up with 100%

"I grew up with 100% cotton sheets that were crisper and heavier than normal Percale so I was hoping to finally find something similar with Purecare. They are somewhat "similar, they fit nicely without rumpling on the bed, and have a nice feel. They are a bit like medium weight muslin, and I do wish they were crisper, especially as I suspect they will soften with washings."

Textured - But definitely not rough!

"I'm not sure what the issue is re: the other review on these, honestly. Yes, they're textured (it's a matte texture, really) - but they're definitely not rough...You just need to wash them before you put them on your bed like you would with any other new set of sheets. I'm a pretty big sheet snob, and my percale set is one of my favorites. They're not only super breathable (great for the hot, humid summers in New England) but they're also cool to the touch, which is really nice for my partner who sleeps hot year-round. I also LOVE the raw edge hem and that these are dyed with nontoxic, plant-based dyes!! It adds to the whole relaxed, vintage aesthetic I've got going on in my bedroom right now. 10/10 recommend!"

Roughest Natural Sheets Ever

"While the sheets may be healthy and environmentally friendly, they are certainly NOT soft. They are rougher than cheap sheets from Big Box stores. I have no idea how many washings it would take to make these sheets less stiff and actually soft. If you like stiff feeling sheets, these are for you."
