The cover on this pillow includes our exclusive FRÍO® rapid chill cooling fibers. These fibers cool 5x faster than traditional polyester by channeling heat through each thread, tunneling it away from your body to keep you cool and refreshed all night long. This reversible pillow comes with two different sleep surfaces. One side includes our patented SoftCell® design. This design includes individual pockets filled with our exclusive down alternative, Identically Down. These pockets prevent the fill from bunching up for a consistent sleep surface.

"I purchased your sheet set and absolutely love them. I wanted more pillowcases but could not purchase them separately except through your website. Besides two more pillowcases I decided to also purchase your cooling cell chill pillow and the pillow protector. With the exception of needing to wash and dry these items separately I am more than satisfied. One extra wash far outweighs the extra comforting sleep I am getting. Thank you again!"

- What is the purpose of the little pilow inside
- It's used to adjust the height of the pillow. Leave the insert in if you desire a higher loft, and take it out if you prefer a lower loft or sleep on your back or stomach. Customized comfort for everyone!. you can also use the "little pillow" for little ones, a knee pillow for side sleepers, a travel pillow. There's many different uses. - Hi there! Thanks for reaching out about care instructions for your new SoftCell Chill pillow. In order to wash, unzip the pillow cover and remove the inner fiber pillow. This will allow you access to an inner cover envelope that keeps the gel covered memory foam layer in place inside the pillow. To remove the gel/mem foam layer, simply remove it from the inner cover envelope. This should leave you with the fully machine washable SoftCell fiber cover. Hope this helps!
