"I purchased this protector with my bedsr cooling mattress. I still get hot with this protector cover , mine has also started to get fabric balls stuck to it making it itch to sleep with. It’s done an okay job protecting the mattress from staining. It doesn’t fully prevented everything from the mattress though. Not been super happy with the cover for the price paid."

"To be blunt, a lot of these reviews appear to be ill-informed. When you take care of it like the care instructions ask, it's fantastic! You can't expect to put this cover on an old mattress and have it magically cool it. It's also NOT a Mattress pad. (c'mon people, read lol.) I find their warranty is quite reasonable, you just have to pay attention and maintain the protector the correct way. If you use the wrong things for washing, it damages the fibers and fabrics, MOST materials and fabrics have specific care instructions for a REASON."

"This is a mattress protector, NOT a mattress pad. I see reviews stating that their sheets slip around on the protector. I put the protector over my mattress then a mattress pad over the protector and have no issues with my sheets slipping or sliding. I did this as a little extra protection for my new mattress.
