"I was so excited about this pillow. I tried one in the furnature store when I went to pick out my new bed, and it felt like a game-changer for me as a side-sleeper. When I got the pillow, and I'm not sure why, but it did not feel like the same spectacular pillow. "This is an overpriced pillow that does not maintain its shape, especially in the King sized version of the Bamboo Memory Foam puff pillow. Since using this pillow, I keep waking up in the morning with a stiff neck. It is very uncomfortable. I called customer service to return it, and they said they would send me a return label, but then received an email that since it is not within the 30 day return window they would not let me."
