Weighted blankets offer contoured compression and balanced pressure of gentle weight that is linked to improving sleep and may help with easing stress, increasing relaxation, and reducing tossing and turning. These weighted blankets are specifically sized for adults.
WARNING: If you have a medical condition, consult a medical professional before using a weighted blanket. Do not use weighted blankets if you suffer from a respiratory, circulatory, or temperature regulation problem, or are recuperating after a surgery. Weighted blankets should never be used to restrain a person or restrict their movement. Never use the weighted blanket above the shoulders or to cover the head. Pregnant women, infants and children under 100 lb, and people who can’t move the weighted blanket themselves are prohibited from using the product. Do not ingest glass beads.
The ideal weight for a weighted blanket is approximately 10-12% of your total body weight. The 20 lb blanket is recommended for those between 170-200 lbs.

"I’m very hard to put to bed. I even take preventative migraine meds that make people sleep and I still have trouble going to bed. So using this I’ve gone to sleep quickly and when I wake up it doesn’t look like a hurricane hit like it usually does in bed. I did get the 20 lb and I think I should have sized down but that’s on me. I was thinking I’m right in between. We even had a day trip and I didn’t take my blanket and was really looking forward to it when we got home. Such a difference. I never realized a blanket could help so much."

"I've never had a weighted blanket before, so I wasn't sure what exactly to expect when I opened the package. This blanket does NOT disappoint! As soon as I draped it over myself while laying on the couch, I felt relaxed and even dozed off within a few minutes. I also usually cuddle on the couch with my Chihuahua mix. She crawled right in and gladly laid under the blanket with me (and she's only about 10lbs but the weight didn't deter her at all). My partner even snapped a picture of us both snoozing because we both looked so peaceful. Dog cuddling aside, this blanket is amazing! I love that it's heavy, but doesn't trap in body heat so I don't get sweaty while sleeping under it.
