"I've never used a weighted blanket before, I honestly didn't know what the point of one was. Now that I have, I'm never going back. I toss and turn during my sleep, ultimately leading to not very good sleep in general because of anxiety and not being able to turn my brain off. "I first tried the blanket for myself and found that it made me feel pretty anxious. I think in certain situations I would benefit from the pressure but for the most part it is not for me. I did find though that my daughter loved it. She is a pretty active 7 year old but really liked the pressure. I might have her give it a try again next time she needs to chill. Its very effective as a weighted blanket option and in my opinion could be a great option for kids with sensory input needs."

"At first I was dubious, but I really enjoyed this weighted blanket. I have the 15lb version in grey. I slept soundly with far less restlessness than usual for me upon the first night of using it. The blanket feels like you're being hugged while sleeping which is comforting. I did not necessarily feel less stress necessarily, but I did feel secure in bed for sure! I expected to be hot under a weighted blanket, but it's surprisingly much cooler than expected."
