Shipping and Returns
FedEx Home or Ground Delivery orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. Express orders received after 2pm EST (-5 GMT) will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 2pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday (or next business day in case of a national holiday).
If you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days of purchase please contact us at CS@PureCare.com or 1-800-758-8563 to receive an RMA number. Purchaser will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refund will be issued through your credit card provider or by check, at PureCare's discretion, within 7 business days from receipt.
If you notice any defects in the product(s) you purchase please refer to the warranty on the back of the package for warranty term length and instructions on how to file a warranty claim. Warranty exchanges are processed at no cost to the purchaser.
